New Chalkboards!! Love making these especially adding the unique rusty accessories to them! These are cabinet doors from the local restore, sanding painting and antiquing them. This is a chalkboard made out of an antique frame that I painted and roughed up to look very old!! I do believe it is very old, but it was gold and I don't do gold very well!! It's a rather large piece it measures 34Wx 27H. I'm selling it for $35.00. It would look great anywhere in a home. This is another great piece I love and won't be heartbroken if it doesn't sell!
Have a great day! So sorry this one sold today!!

I love, love, love to create chalkboards and bulletin boards out of cabinet door fronts!! I go to my local re-store (habitat for humanity) and pick out the wood door fronts and bring them home! I sand and paint the doors, add the cork board covered in cloth and then the fun part! I collect bits of vintage brass or rusty old parts and place them on my bulletin boards to add interest. This one is solid brass and I painted it to look old and worn. The pins on the board are covered with an antique bracelet I took apart and glued onto the pins! This is one of my favorite boards, I am selling it, but I won't be heartbroken if it doesn't sell! I'm selling for $35.00 if anyone is interested! This one sold today!
Have a great journey today!

I've had a wonderful time redoing these small frames! They were all found at estate sales and the lace that I inserted in the frame is antique. I added glitz with estate sale jewelry, so each of these pieces are unique and one of a kind! They range in price from $3 for the smallest to $6. They would be adorable as a vignette, all together in one area, add your own pictures !
